1. Introduction
At Sports Wear Spot, we pride ourselves on offering quality sportswear and active-lifestyle products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our commitments regarding cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges of purchases made on our website.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website (sportswear-spot.com). Unless otherwise noted (e.g., bespoke/custom orders, clearance items), it governs cancellations by you (the customer) and returns/refunds by us (the retailer).
3. Cancellation of Orders
3.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched/shipped from our warehouse.

Once cancellation is confirmed, the full purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method (or another agreed method) within 14 business days.
3.2 After Shipment / Delivery
If the order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, you may refuse delivery (if possible) or return the goods under our returns policy (see section 4).
In such case, applicable shipping/return costs may be deducted from any refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (tags still attached, original packaging intact).
The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
Items marked “final sale”, “clearance”, or customised/bespoke (if any) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
4.2 Return Process
Contact us (email or WhatsApp) within the 14-day window to request a return authorization.
Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, reason for return.
Once authorized, send the item back to the address we specify. The cost of return shipping is borne by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.3 Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective goods).
If the item is not in the original condition (used, washed, tags removed), a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be rejected.
4.4 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, colour, or style), you should follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
Once the original item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund, and you may purchase the replacement.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Provide photos of the defect/damage and your order details.
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, we will either:
Replace the goods at no cost to you (including shipping), or
Refund the full purchase price plus return shipping cost.
Please retain the goods and original packaging until we advise you to send them back.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your payment provider; sometimes it takes time to process.
If still pending, contact us (include your order number and return reference) and we will investigate.
7. Cancellation or Changes by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order in cases such as product out of stock, pricing or typographical errors, fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund (including any shipping cost you may have paid) to your original payment method.
8. Shipping Costs & Duties
Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are non-refundable when you choose to return an item.
Any customs duties, taxes or handling fees incurred on international orders are not refundable unless we caused the return (incorrect/defective item).
If you refuse a delivery without prior return authorization, extra handling/return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund.
9. Right to Amend Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time (e.g., to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements). Any amendments will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date”. Your continued use of our site after changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
